I'm not sure why really, just haven't been arsed I suppose.

I've not been up to much at home recently. Went to see Hot Fuzz on Monday and I thought it was canny. I'm not a very good guide to films though, as there are very few that I think are rubbish. The only 2 off the top of my head that I really didn't like were Titanic and La Haine, and in both cases it may have been more me not really being bothered about watching films at the time. I am looking forward to Transformers though.

The rest of the week has followed the usual patterns of work and football. The only difference is that we had a restructuring meeting and it's likely that I'll be made redundant. I don't know whether to be delighted or disappointed still. It would've been nice to 'be wanted' but at the same time if I get made redundant, the expected redundancy pay will clear my overdraft, pay off the sale of our flat and leave some left over to add to what could be a healthy deposit on a house up North.

I really need to start looking at jobs though, and this is where I'm stuck. I just don't know what to apply for.... Oh well, something will come up.

Some good news too, is that I helped develop some PDA software (outside of work) and it's due to go on sale soon. I've been offered £10 per copy sold, so I'll be well chuffed with that. The bloke whose idea it was reckons we'll sell at least 100 copies, so that will be a nice windfall too.
