The New Manager Is...

Well at least it is if Sky Sports are to be believed tonight. They are reporting that his appointment will be announced early next week.

If its true and its a temporary appointment this would obviously make some sense rather than rushing to appoint someone who is not suitable for the job.

Its clear that Niall and his consortium have failed to recruit any of their favourites for the job so far, and its also clear that with the start of the season so near, that we do need a manager in place.

If of course its a permanent appointment we'd have the manager being part-owner of the club - can that ever be a good thing?

The next couple of days could be very revealing.
