Sunderland AFC today confirmed that defender Mark Lynch is to join Championship new boys Hull City.
Lynch signed for the Black Cats last July, joining from Manchester United on a three-year contract. The 23-year-old played 11 games in 2004-05, and has been released from his contract to join the Tigers on a free transfer.
