Ref for Carling Cup first round match

The referee for our Carling Cup first round match against Chester City has been announced - Graham Salisbury of Lancashire. Mr Salisbury's stats for last season are as follows:

Total Games: 32
..........Championship - 9
..........League 1 - 11
..........League 2 - 9
..........FA Cup - 2

Yellow cards: 85 (highest: 7, Carlisle v Boston, Jan 04, League 2)
Red cards: 8 (never more than 1 per match last season)

Mr Salisbury reffed our league match at home against Palace last September which we won 2-1 - booking Kevin Kyle, George McCartney and Marcus Stewart in the process, and two Palace players.

He also officiated over our 2-1 home victory over Derby County in March but didn't book anyone at all that time.

Assistant referees for the Chester match are Andy Haines (Tyne & Wear) and Jonathan Moss (West Yorkshire).
