Teggart commits to Sunderland

Young striker Neil Teggart has become the latest player to commit to playing for Mick McCarthy.

Following on from Richie Ryan earlier this month, Teggsy, 19, has agreed to a one-year extension on his current contract.

He gained league experience on loan to Darlington last season and was named on the bench by Mick McCarthy when Sunderland played Hartlepool in the FA Cup in January.
