Phil Babb has been banned for 6 months and given a £500 fine.
On this occasion its not for a bad tackle though - he was caught doing 102mph in his BMW X5 on the M6 in Cumbria
Babb who already had 6 speeding points on his licence was given the punishment by magistrates in Kendal.
