International Call-ups

Sunderland goalkeepers Mart Poom and Thomas Myhre have both been selected to represent their respective countries in forthcoming international friendly fixtures.

Poom is part of the Estonian squad to face Albania on 28th April and Myhre will join up with Norway as they take on Russia on the same day.

Midfielder Jeff Whitley and Black Cats Captain George McCartney have already been called up by Northern Ireland for their fixture against Serbia and Montenegro and Sean Thornton will link up with the Irish Under 21 squad for their forthcoming game against Poland in Grudziadz.
