International call-ups for Sunderland players

George McCartney and Jeff Whitley have been named in new Northern Ireland boss Lawrie Sanchez's first squad since his appointment as
manager.

The Sunderland pair will join a 23-man squad for Northern Ireland's
forthcoming friendly match against Norway. The game will take place at
Windsor Park, Belfast on February 18 2004, 7:45pm kick off.

Sunderland midfielder John Oster, meanwhile, has been named in the Wales squad for their friendly against Scotland at the Millennium Stadium on
February 18.
